Ways of radioactive materials saving in the Czech Republic and in the world
Polák, Luboš ; Šen, Hugo (referee) ; Nerud, Pavel (advisor)
Management of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste are many. The aim of this thesis was to summarize the attitude of the Czech Republic and the other major countries on this issue. First is given the classification of radioactive waste according to various criteria. Consequently, it is defined and described the fuel cycle, as the largest producer of all types of radioactive waste. Then is analyzed approach of the Czech Republic to the management of all type radioactive waste and the attitude to deep geological repository. At the end are some, in this respect, major countries and their attitude to deal with spent nuclear fuel, radioactive waste and the method of final disposal.
Rework and Repair Procedures of Selected Components and LED on Various Types of PCBs.
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Ondřej, Klemš (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with technology of rework and repairs of electronic soldering assemblies. The work is primarily focused on the rework and repairs of electronic soldering assemblies with the light emitting diode. The theoretical part describes the technological methods of soldering and reworking of electronic assemblies, their diagnostics, evaluation of their influence on reliability and functional properties. The practical part is focused on the real application of technological procedures of rework and repairs, their testing and evaluation. Furthermore there is described and tested the influence of thermal load during soldering on the properties of light emitting diodes.
Transmutation of spent nuclear fuel
Šajdler, Miroslav ; Foral, Štěpán (referee) ; Katovský, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with spent nuclear fuel – its composition, disposal, reprocessing and transmutation. In the beginning, you can find the classification of radioactive waste, and then I am explaining the policy of the Czech Republic towards disposal of nuclear waste. This is followed by the comparison of the policy in other countries. The thesis also contains various methods used to reprocess spent nuclear waste, composition of spent nuclear waste – based on its radioactivity and radiotoxicity and future technologies for nuclear reprocessing. In the end, I tried to describe a simple model simulating transmutation in light water and fast reactor.
Renewal of the cadastre documentation by revision in the cadastre unit Rakvice
Nováková, Martina ; Kutálek, Stanislav (referee) ; Šváb, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a renewal of cadaster documentation by revision in a cadastral area Rakvice. This work describes single phases of the renewal and some irregularities, that occurred during the work, including their solutions. The next part of the thesis deals with comparison of a digitalized cadastral map, which came from the revision, and a digital cadastral map, which was created by a new mapping. The appendix contains protocols of processes of transformation and graphic comparison of cadastral maps.

The Variations in B-flat Major of Zdeněk Fibich
Rudovský, Martin ; Ottlová, Marta (advisor) ; Kopecký, Jiří (referee)
The discovery of the autograph of Fibich's Variations in B-flat major for piano from 1877 not only extends the collection of known and completed compositions by Zdeněk Fibich, but they also present the single preserved concert variations for piano within his oeuvre. Thanks to the Variations, we can have a better insight into Fibich's compositional technique, for in 1883, he reworked them for a string quartet. Among other things, the comparative analysis reveals the latter work to be an unjustly neglected treasure. Also interesting is the fact that the origin of other significant sets of variations for piano by Bedřich Smetana, Antonín Dvořák and Leoš Janáček falls into the same period as Fibich's opus. Following the discovery in 2008 and the consequent study in Hudební věda ('Musicology') magazine, this thesis further focuses on the dedicatee, Prof. Josef Sallač (1849 - 1929), and reveals him as a prominent figure of the musical world, esp. in the 2nd half of the 19th century. This is one of the reasons why a search for Sallač's archive would be advisable, as it might contain valuable manuscripts. It was, after all, thanks to him that Fibich's Sonata in D major for violin and piano from 1875 was preserved. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Strain of social workers dealing with the benefits of help in material deprivation illustrated by the social reform
BOČANOVÁ, Jana
The degree work deals with the issues of psychic and physical strain of social workers who are in charge of the benefits of help in material deprivation. More deeply it describes the social work difficulties and problems connected to performing this profession, especially after the social reform of 01/01/2012. All aspcts of the strain that social workers at the benefits of help in material deprivation can meet, e. g. overwork, burn-out syndrome, growing sickness rate, communication problems, conflicts at work places, agressive clients. Neither prevention nor coping with strain can be omitted. In the background of the degree work the social work before and after the social reform is compared and the consequent proposals for the improvement of the situation of social workers at job centres are introduced.
